Section 01

1. Acceptance of Terms & Pre-Registration Scope

By accessing the Auxilium website (auxilium.com), pre-registering for launch notifications, or participating in early community activities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Pre-registration is free of charge and does not constitute a financial commitment, investment contract, or securities offering.

Auxilium is currently in development. Descriptions of upcoming game systems, dungeon mechanics, and balance figures represent our intended creative vision and are subject to refinement based on playtesting feedback.

2. Launch Rewards & Milestone Entitlements

Eligible pre-registered adventurers will be entitled to Tier 1 through Tier 4 milestone unlocks (including the Founder Profile Badge, Crimson Vanguard Kael skin, Emberflame Crown accessory, and starter shard bundles) upon global public launch.

Rewards will be delivered to the verified email address or linked game account provided at registration.
One reward package per verified individual user. Duplicate registrations with disposable or automated aliases will be voided.
Milestone cosmetic unlocks are non-fungible promotional items and hold no intrinsic cash value outside the game ecosystem.

3. Account-Bound Progression & Anti-Pay-to-Win Rules

Auxilium is built on the core principle: “Adventure First. Arena Next. Game First. Crypto Second.” To prevent pay-to-win mechanics and protect game integrity:

100% Account-Bound Assets

Familiar instances, evolution levels, rolled skill pools, progression cores, essence, gold, and region masteries are bound permanently to your account and cannot be sold or transferred.

Cosmetic-Only Marketplace

The secondary marketplace trades optional visual skins, weapon appearances, and historic trophies with a transparent 2.5% service fee. You earn the creature; you trade the cosmetic.

4. Fair Play, Anti-Cheat & Security

All combat calculations, dungeon loot drops, and Arena match matchmaking are validated with server-authoritative logic. Users agree not to:

Deploy automated bots, macro scripts, or memory manipulation tools that compromise competitive fairness.
Attempt to exploit smart contract interfaces or disrupt server infrastructure via denial-of-service attempts.
Impersonate Auxilium staff or community moderators to solicit wallet private keys or funds.

5. Intellectual Property & Creator Community

All artwork, characters (Kael, Mira, Tobin, Lyra, Nox, Pip), Kindred familiars, 3D/2D animation sequences, audio tracks, lore, and software code are the proprietary intellectual property of Auxilium. We warmly encourage community content creation, YouTube playthroughs, live streaming, fan art, and cosplay under non-commercial fair-use principles.
